VACATION HOME BOOKING PROCEDURE
* Email us, phone or fax with your required dates.
* We reply with a quotation.
* If you want to book that price always stays the same.
* We then either post or email a booking form, whichever you prefer.
* Once the completed booking form and £200/$300 deposit is received we will email confirmation. The deposit secures the home in your name.
* Ten weeks before your holiday we will contact you for your final balance.
* Also £200/350 refundable security deposit is payable with the final balance
* After final balance has cleared, we will send you directions to the home and other useful information that you will need, including the l ockbox number for the key and our management's company phone number, so you don't need to go to an office to get into your home.
* In the home is a manual with most things that you need to know.
* One - two weeks after your return, your security deposit is returned if no problems are reported from our management company, i.e. breakages, excess use of electric,
( this normally occurs when the air-con has to work overtime due to doors being left open). A full inventory check will also be done.
