VILLA DESCRIPTION
Sunset Lakes Villa offers two master suites, a swimming pool, and holiday accommodation for up to ten plus cots,
in a prime Florida location:
An exclusive quiet gated community, 30-40 minutes from Orlando International and 60 minutes from Sanford. Our professionally designed, fully air-conditioned, non-smoking villa enjoys a prime corner plot location, overlooking the lake and the unspoilt conservation area and is south-facing. Our extended corner location a the top of the lake has a tropical landscaping and palm trees providing privacy with a large manicured lawns screened by woodlands, ideal for children to run around. This is to the right side of the villa. The villa was the show house and as such, you will enjoy the added benefits of a range of luxury facilities.
There are two master suites, two themed twins and a den/playroom (can be used as a fifth bedroom), providing enough accommodation for up to 10 persons plus cots he entrance has a mirrored wall and the floor is Italian ceramic floor tiles. The elegant dining area connects with the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll discover every convenience you would expect from a premium property.
After a fun packed day, the pool and poolside await where you can enjoy a cool cocktail and the backdrop of the magnificent Florida sunset across the lake.

BEDROOMS
There are five bedrooms in total
The Master Bedroom, with
Californian King size bed,
en-suite bathroom with his 'n hers hand basins & separate WC,
whirlpool bath & large walk-in shower
ceiling fan cable TV,
hairdryer,
walk-in wardrobe/dressing room,
patio doors leading to pool area. The room includes a Californian king sized bed, cable TV, clock, ceiling fan, walk in closet with safe. Large double sliding doors exit out into the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a large walk in shower and separate garden style oval tub. This room also has uninterrupted views across the lake.
The Second Master Bedroom, with Queen size bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, en-suite walk-in shower, hand basin and WC, and hairdryer, overlooking the front garden. It has a TV/DVD, clock.
The Third Bedroom, with twin beds, ceiling fan, themed . It shares a bathroom with bedroom 4.
The Fourth Bedroom, with twin beds, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, themed. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.
The Fifth Bedroom, Den / Playroom, with twin divans,
remote control TV, CD player, video recorder, dressing table.
This has been set up as a den/playroom and has a further two twin beds there is also a large sofa that can be used as a queen size bed.This is very popular with the younger set as they use it as a second lounge area. The spacious airy den has its own TV and media centre and has a rope ladder hanging across the ceiling with lots of Disney characters climbing across it. Don't worry if you have a budding Tarzan it cannot be reached from the floor! This room can be used as a second lounge or bedroom. This room shares the family bathroom.
LIVING ROOM
The family room has large screen HDTV with 400+ cable channels. DVD player with many films to choose from. CD player. Very comfortanble Italian leather sectional sofa. The large triple sliding doors with gorgeous lake views that lead direct to the pool deck. The adjoining dining area has double sliding doors, with direct access to the covered lanai area.
Family BATHROOM
The Family Bathroom (below left) comprises integral shower, twin hand basins and WC. This is shared by bedrooms three and four. There are ensuite bathrooms for the master bedroom and second bedroom.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The main spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and every major appliance, including dishwasher, cooker & cookware, crockery & glassware, utensils, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer,ice maker and microwave oven. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is an elegant white tiled indoor dining area adjoining the lounge, or an al fresco dining alcove by the poolside (see swimming pool pictures).
SWIMMING POOL
The south-west facing pool area has covered lanai with table and chairs and ceiling fan. The pool has a gorgeous view over the lake. There is a gas barbecue for your al fresco meals. We also supply pool towels for your convenience. The deck has a shower and sunbeds, accessible by sliding doors from the master bedroom, dining and family room. It shelves from 3.0ft to 6.6ft and is approximately 27 foot long and 17 foot wide.
The pool is fully screened with fountain & waterfall, and optic colour pool lights (looks great at night).
Equipped with sun loungers and table and chairs for al fresco dining, you can enjoy spectacular views of the lake, conservation area and sunsets.
With a side entrance to the lawn and gate, and
glass sliding doors leading to the dining area, sitting room and master bedroom.
To the left there is a lanai an outdoor eating area and pool shower.
The screen enclosure allows the sunshine in and keeps any flying insects out. Lazy hours can be spent swimming, sunbathing, dining alfresco or just gazing out across the lake. From this wonderful location, late in the evening, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. You may choose to have the pool heated during the winter months and this will attract a supplement - details are outlined in the Booking Form
